As part of making our platform more robust, stable and future proof, we've worked on a new mechanism for handling authentication in the web app. The last step of this initiative is to enable this new mechanism. To ensure that the new functionality works correctly, the Rodeo application (app.getrodeo.io) will not be available for a specific timeframe.
The Rodeo app will not be available for usage during this timeframe. This means that no user will be able to log in and perform any action. Background tasks will still be executed. No data will be lost or altered.
All users will automatically be logged out and will have to log in again.
During the maintenance, the product development team will provide updates on the maintenance. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
