Identified
The cause of the issue has been found. It is due to incorrect caching rules. The fix is being implemented and as soon as it is applied we will update the incident.

Investigating
When viewing a preview of a PDF for an invoice or estimate, the preview is not updated with the latest changes. The PDF preview is correct when previewed for the first time. Also, the final PDF is showing the latest version.

Currently the cause is being investigated. As soon as more details are known, we will update this incident.
